Rules for Listing a Property with Us
1. List your property in English
- The platform automatically translates listings into over 40 languages. To ensure accurate translations, please submit your property details in English.
2. Ownership & Authorization

You must be the legal owner of the property or have written authorization from the owner to list it.

Proof of ownership or authorization must be provided upon request.
3. Accurate Information

All property details (e.g., address, size, features, photos, pricing) must be complete and accurate.

Misleading or false listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.
4. High-Quality Photos

Upload clear, high-resolution images of the property’s interior and exterior.

Photos must reflect the current state of the property and cannot be digitally altered to misrepresent it.
5. Compliance with Local Laws

Properties must comply with all local zoning laws, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring the listing meets any applicable rental or housing laws.
6. Availability and Updates

Maintain up-to-date availability and pricing.

Notify us immediately if the property is sold, rented, or otherwise unavailable.
7. Fees and Commissions

We offer 20 listings + 1 Agency for free. Over that number you agree to our standard listing fees or commission structure as outlined in our agreement.

All payments must be settled according to our billing terms.
8. Conduct and Communication

Professional, respectful communication is expected at all times.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or illegal activity is grounds for immediate removal.
9. No Duplicate Listings

Do not create multiple listings for the same property unless they are clearly differentiated (e.g., multiple units in a building).
10. Right to Refuse or Remove

We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our quality or policy standards, without prior notice.
11. Ongoing Responsibility

You are responsible for managing inquiries, viewings, and contracts related to your property listing.
